The 33-year-old started just one Premier League game last season – he scored only five goals in all competitions.
Despite his disappointing season, his lack of goals can be attributed to his lack of appearances. In the 2016/17 season with Swansea, the former Sevilla forward netted an impressive 15 goals in 33 appearances. Llorente has European experience with Juventus and Athletic Bilbao which could prove invaluable to Rodgers on his quest for glory in Europe.
If he can rediscover his form, he could be lethal in the Scottish Premiership.
