Celtic should consider making a move for these 2 attackers this summer – agreed?

After a wonderful season, the Celtic fans in the Transfer Tavern are now wondering whether or not they can keep their best players.

The Bhoys completed the domestic treble in a really successful first year for Brendan Rodgers, and our landlord believes the Bhoys could dominate Scottish football in years to come especially following the instability at their arch rivals, Rangers, in recent years.

Of course, there is still some work to put in and the off season is a great time for Rodgers to really state his intentions in order to take the Hoops to the next level.

To say the fans clad in green and white within the Tavern are excited about the future would be an understatement but they are an opinionated bunch, and it is clear from the talk flying around the Tavern that they also have thoughts on what their side need to purchase in the transfer market this summer.

With Moussa Dembele impressing every big side around Europe and Leigh Griffiths now increasing his pedigree with two goals against England last weekend, the worry is that one of these two strikers will go and the discussion in the Tavern is who Rodgers should sign should they leave.

Whilst a lot of names have been thrown around, our landlord has managed to capture two attackers the Hoops in the Tavern feel their side should make a move for.

Let’s take a look at them here…

Chris Willock

With Arsenal desperately trying to offer the 19 year old a new deal, our landlord believes that Celtic should swoop in for the young English attacker with the possibility of first team football surely being an attractive offer for the youngster.

Willock has not made an impact at all on Arsene Wenger’s first team and he may view a move to Parkhead as a stepping stone in order to really get his career off the ground. The versatility of Willock is a wonderful asset to the youngster as he can play anywhere across a front three as well as in the number 10 role which is something that excites the Bhoys in the Tavern.

Bojan Krkic

An idea that simply will not leave the lips of the Hoops in the Tavern, the experience and quality of Bojan is something they want to see enter Parkhead just in time for next season.

The 26-year-old will surely have interest from the likes of Germany and Spain but Brendan Rodgers must be hoping that the lure of Champions League football can attract the former Barcelona man to the club. The transfer surely is a possibility with him out of favour at Stoke and our landlord believes this may be the fresh start that Bojan needs to rejuvenate his career.
