Charlton: Addicks fans discuss Southall’s message concerning Bowyer

Charlton Athletic have a bit of a break now until they are back in league action and Lee Bowyer is bound to be hoping by the time the next game comes around his squad is looking stronger.

Some injuries are starting to dissipate now and with a week left in the window and new ownership in place, the plan will be to really strengthen this squad and get away from those sides scrapping below them.

Certainly, the belief that they can do that will be there for now given the start they made to this season when at full-strength and positive news off of the field is bound to add to the feeling they’re heading in the right direction.

Indeed, Lee Bowyer signed a new contract earlier this week – prior to the draw with Fulham – and that has given Addicks fans something to smile about.
