Some Chelsea fans on Twitter cannot wait to see Ruben Loftus-Cheek back in action for the Blues, as many of them believe he would help form their best midfield.

The England international is thought to be closing in on a return to action imminently after a serious Achilles injury he sustained last season (Daily Mail), therefore, allowing Frank Lampard to be able to use him for the first time since becoming the manager.
Indeed, the 23-year-old appeared to thrive for Maurizio Sarri last season when given the opportunity, as he managed to score ten goals and provide five assists in his 40 appearances across all competitions (per Transfermarkt).
Many of the Chelsea fans feel that combining Loftus-Cheek with both N’Golo Kante and Jorginho would mean the Blues will have their best and strongest midfield trio on the pitch – which would, perhaps, leave questions as to how Lampard will look to use the likes of Ross Barkley, Mateo Kovacic and Mason Mount moving forward.
