Chelsea: Fans don’t want Moussa Dembele at Stamford Bridge

Several Chelsea fans have made their feelings clear on the club’s reported pursuit of Lyon striker Moussa Dembele.

According to Sky Sports, the Blues are considering a move to sign the 23-year-old this month, much to the disappointment of some supporters, who have taken to Twitter to share their discontent.

Chelsea boss Frank Lampard is said to be keen on bolstering his forward options and sees similarities between Dembele and Didier Drogba.

Some supporters, however, do not seem too convinced, even with the Frenchman currently posting decent numbers in Ligue 1 following his transfer from Celtic back in 2018.

He has scored 10 goals in French football’s top division this season, while in the campaign prior the centre-forward managed to bag 15.

The Blues have also been linked with a move for RB Leipzig’s Timo Werner by The Telegraph, though the lack of clarity surrounding his release clause is said to be causing problems.
