Chelsea: Fans excited after drawing Nottingham Forest in the FA Cup

Chelsea fans were happy after they drew Championship side Nottingham Forest in the third round of the FA Cup.

It is the second consecutive year the Blues have drawn the Reds, having also played against the Championship side at the same stage last season.

Maurizio Sarri’s side at the time ran out comfortable winners in the end after a brace from Alvaro Morata secured a 2-0 win for the west London side.

The Blues will be hoping to continue their brilliant recent record against the East Midlands side, having won each of the last six games against them (via 11v11).

Forest’s last win against Chelsea came in 1997 when the City Ground side beat the west London giants 2-0 in the Premier League.

Fans were happy with the outcome of the FA Cup draw as they took to Twitter to share their thoughts on the tie.
