Eden Hazard may no longer be a Chelsea player, however his latest actions will have only endeared him further to the Stamford Bridge faithful.

As many of the top players within the game before him have had the opportunity (Cristiano Ronaldo, for example), the Belgium international has worked in collaboration with Nike to create a new boot design and apply his own personal touch to them.
Hazard has gone with a predominantly white boot with a gold outline to highlight the swoosh to unite him with the colours of new club Real Madrid. However, he has also applied a touch of blue to honour his time at Chelsea.
The description on Nike’s website (via The Daily Mail) reads: ‘Racer Blue accents honor his former club while metallic gold accents nod to his new club’.
After seven hugely successful years with Chelsea, where he managed to score 110 goals and provide 92 assists in his 352 appearances (Transfermarkt), Hazard completed a ‘dream‘ move to Real Madrid this summer in a deal that could exceed £150million (BBC).
The 28-year-old penned an emotional open letter on his Facebook page stating his love for the Blues and revealed it was the toughest decision in his career at that point, before admitting he had to pursue his dream when the opportunity presented itself.
“Leaving Chelsea is the biggest and toughest decision in my career to date,” he wrote.
“I hope you understand I had to pursue my next chapter, just as each and every one of you should when you have the chance to pursue your dreams. Now it’s in the open I would like to put on record one thing was always clear to me, I have loved every moment at Chelsea and not once did I ever consider, nor would I have left for any other club.”
And, it would seem fans still have plenty of love for him as they took to Twitter to show their gratitude and appreciation regarding his touching tribute.
