Chelsea: Fans worried after Christian Pulisic revealed as injury doubt for clash against Manchester City

Chelsea fans are worried after it was revealed that Christian Pulisic could be an injury doubt for the clash against Manchester City.

According to The Sun, the American has yet to shake off the hip injury he suffered in the game against Crystal Palace before the international break, meaning he could miss Saturday’s fixture.

Pulisic has been in sublime form for Frank Lampard’s side over the last few games, scoring five goals in the last three Premier League games including a perfect hat-trick in the 4-2 win away to Burnley (via BBC).

BT Sport pundit Owen Hargreaves (via The Sport Review) lavished Pulisic with praise following his performance in the 1-0 win over Ajax, claiming he was ‘absolutely magnificent’.

His form has coincided with a good spell for the Blues with Chelsea having won nine of their last 11 games across all competitions (via WhoScored).
