Italian journalist, Fabrizio Romano, has claimed that it is just a matter of dotting the i’s and dotting the t’s as Chelsea close in on the signing of Premier League champion, N’Golo Kante.

Furthermore, French reporter, Mohamed Bouhafsi has tweeted even more exciting details for Blues fans in the bar here, stating that the deal is done with the French midfielder agreeing a five-year-deal after Leicester and Conte’s new side had settled on a €36m fee.

As Bouhafsi reports, the 25-year-old could be set for a medical over the weekend, should that be the case the deal is expected to be announced early next week.
The tireless midfielder was integral in both Leicester winning the title last season as well as helping his national side to the final of this summer’s European Championships.
