The Arsenal supporters here in the Football Transfer Tavern have not been overly happy with their team this season and boss Arsene Wenger could be out of job come the summer after another campaign of underachievement.
One hope that the Gunners contingent do have is the chance to earn some glory in the way of the FA Cup and the club takes on Manchester City at Wembley this afternoon looking to reach the Final in May.
A couple of the Tavern’s regular drinkers are discussing Arsenal’s chances this afternoon and they are both in agreement that the team selection on the day could be a deciding factor when it comes to ousting the Citizens.
Our landlord is intrigued and on his break he sat down to state two players who should be axed from the Arsenal team to face Manchester City this afternoon.
Rob Holding

Although one of the brightest prospects in the English game, Holding’s inclusion in the Gunners team to face a ferocious Manchester City attack would represent a big risk this afternoon.
One of the Gunners faithful is in the Tavern enjoying a couple of pints and a game of pool and he is in agreement with the landlord that it might be wise to play someone at the back with a little bit more experience against the Manchester City attack.
Olivier Giroud

With 19 goals in all competitions this season it would seem strange not to start with Theo Walcott against the Citizens and that could mean a return to the bench for French striker Giroud.
One Arsenal fan is busy putting his bets on for today’s game and after plunging a fiver on Alexis Sanchez to net the first goal today, he claims that Walcott is sure to start this afternoon stating that Giroud could have a big impact from the bench instead.
Arsenal fans, can you defeat the Citizens today? Let us know in the comments below!!!
