Wolfsburg striker Edin Dzeko is still on Chelsea’s radar according to the strikers agent.
It was thought that the tall Bosnian had his heart set on a move to AC Milan but Silvano Martina has told calciomercato.it that Chelsea are still trailing his player,
“I can confirm that Milan really likes the player. At the time in Italy they are the club which showed most interest. But attention must be paid to Chelsea as the Blues are following Dzeko.”
The 23 year old striker has scored 41 goals in 77 appearances for Wolfsburg and helped the German side win the Bundesliga for the first time last season. This season he has struck 12 goals in 22 appearances but after continual speculation it appears he is on his way out of the Volkswagen Arena this summer.
Recently Dzeko has been linked with a number of English clubs including Arsenal and Manchester United but reports have claimed that he has his heart set on a move to Italy so if Chelsea are in fact interested, they will face a struggle to change Dzeko’s mind.
