Loads of Everton fans are sceptical about signing LOSC Lille ace Gabriel as L’Equipe (via The Gwladys Street) have reported that he will make his final decision on his future this week.
As per the outlet, the Brazilian is expected to go to either the Merseyside club, Arsenal, Manchester United or SSC Napoli, with whoever signs him paying €30 million excluding bonuses, which is the equivalent of around £26.9 million.

Indeed, Gabriel has almost been in a tug of war between these four teams since the summer transfer window opened, as it was reported last week that Mikel Arteta’s side led the chase.
However, the Gunners would not be able to offer the 22-year old UEFA Champions League football like Ole Gunnar Solskjaer can, but can still offer the Europa League along with Napoli.
However, Carlo Ancelotti’s team cannot offer any European football whatsoever, leaving several members of the Goodsion Park faithful sceptical as to why he would come to the Toffees over the other sides reportedly in the race for the central defender.
