FA Cup Semi Final Predictor

 Tottenham vs Chelsea

The last time these two met at Wembley Chelsea never really got going compared to their league form and Spurs won by a header that Jonathan Woodgate could only describe by re-watching the video tape of it.

Chelsea are almost rejuvenated under di Matteo. They sit sixth in the Barclays Premier League but it would be a cheap shot to pin a poor season (by their own standards) all on AVB. The squad has been unconvincing and has failed to blend.

Spurs by contrast have had a consistently good season. Or at least they were until Harry Redknapp was so distracted by the possibility of becoming England manager that he threw away a 10 point lead over bitter rivals Arsenal.

Redknapp has also indulged some strange tactics of late where he claimed people were telling him to play 442. Spurs fans will praying he has been listening to different people this time around.

Prediction?This could well go to penalties, but I think Chelsea’s back four are  going to just demonstrate their superiority and so they will nick this in 90 minutes.
