It was a miserable start to the Premier League campaign for the Stoke City fans in the Transfer Tavern.
With our Potters who prop up the bar becoming increasingly frustrated with life under Mark Hughes, the latest exit from the bet 365 Stadium has sparked debate within the Tavern.
Striker Joselu is understood to be close to joining Newcastle United and, while he rarely pulled up any trees in the Potteries, the news hasn’t gone down all that well on Twitter.
The Spaniard was farmed out on loan last term, though had looked in fine fettle over the course of pre-season, so many Stoke fans can’t see why they’re in such a rush to sell him.
