So, with the Chelsea fans frequenting in their droves already delighted about beating rivals Tottenham Hotspur in the FA Cup semi-final this weekend, seeing N’Golo Kante win the Player of the Year Award has only served up further delight.
Indeed, the west London locals propping up the bar have used Kante’s win to aim a dig at Manchester United counterpart, Paul Pobga. The latter recently suggested he’d had a better season than his compatriot, despite his struggles at Old Trafford, so the Blues in the bar have moved to praise Kante.
