Nottingham Forest are a football club in disarray at this moment in time, with the Reds having won just one game out of the last 10.
French boss Philippe Montanier is on borrowed time at the City Ground and with a takeover currently taking place at the club, it is vital that the team start winning games again very soon.
Forest opted to sell the talented winger Oliver Burke in August and their play hasn’t been anywhere near as spectacular since he departed the City Ground.
With the current boardroom upheaval clearly causing unrest among the players, it remains to be seen whether any more players will leave the East Midlands-based club during the next transfer window in January.
One man who will no doubt be targeted by Premier League clubs is striker Britt Assombalonga, and the Reds fans here in the Transfer Tavern are mightily worried that their star man will leave them soon.
Tavern writer Lee Clarke looks at two strikers who could replace the talisman should he be sold during January.
Dominic Solanke

The 19-year-old Chelsea youngster is yet to taste a loan spell at a Football League club and one could be on the horizon for January.
The Basingstoke-born forward possesses the ability to play out wide as well as up top and he would be a quality addition to the Forest squad.
One Forest supporter is over by the pool table and he thinks that the Chelsea man would be a quality signing for the club, believing that they would benefit from his signing even if Assombalonga doesn’t leave.
Leonardo Ulloa

The Leicester City man has barely had a look in this season and if Forest can get a hefty sum of money for Assombalonga, then they would be wise to use a large portion of it on the ex-Brighton man.
The striker boasts Championship experience and would probably be interested in any move which would see him play more football, with the 30-year-old yet to start a Premier League game this season.
One Forest fan is over by the smoking area here in the Transfer Tavern and he would be delighted to see Ulloa pull on the famous red of Nottingham Forest at some point in the future.
Forest fans, would you welcome these two as replacements to Assombalonga? Do you think he will be sold during January? Let us know in the comments below!!!
