Spurs fans are in joyous spirits in the Transfer Tavern, looking ahead to a summer transfer window in which their club will likely boast Champions League qualification once again.
That can be a huge incentive in the transfer market when attempting to bring players in, whilst the redevelopment at White Hart Lane could be another pull factor.
But room must be made in Mauricio Pochettino’s squad for fresh recruits and in addition to new signings, potential departures must also be considered as we approach the business end of the campaign.
Recent reports from Mirror Football claim Moussa Sissoko has emerged as a target for AC Milan, whilst several other clubs are also said to be monitoring the situation.
But Spurs patrons in the Transfer Tavern reckon he may not be the only exit this summer, so we’ve decided to take a look at two more Tottenham players who could follow him out of north London.

Vincent Janssen
He may have only joined the Tottenham ranks last summer but Vincent Janssen has hardly made a dent at White Hart Lane, netting just four times in 27 appearances across all competitions and scoring all from the penalty spot. The cumbersome Dutchman just doesn’t seem the right fit for Premier League football and only adds to Spurs’ limited pace in the final third.
Perhaps most tellingly of all, Mauricio Pochettino decided not to bring him on against Fulham last weekend despite Harry Kane – Spurs’ only other out-and-out striker – coming off, with Moussa Sissoko getting the nod instead. The Argentine doesn’t appear to be a particularly big fan of the 22-year-old, who has history when it comes to leaving clubs in search of regular game-time.

Kevin Wimmer’s 2016/17 has consisted of limited opportunities and failing to take full advantage when they’ve sparingly come his way. Indeed, the Austrian international has started just four Premier League fixtures this term and was hooked off in his most recent after a nervous first-half showing against Manchester City, as well as against Wycombe Wanderers in the FA Cup when Spurs were already 2-1 down.
That’s a pretty damning indictment and with Cameron Carter-Vickers clearly making a positive impression on Mauricio Pochettino, getting the nod in the EFL Cup and FA Cup, Wimmer’s days appear to be numbered.
