Our Nottingham Forest and Rangers fans here in the Transfer Tavern have been conversing over the potential transfer move of Martyn Waghorn today.
Indeed, with The Daily Mail reporting that the move could be on, it’s led many to wonder just whether he’d be up for swapping Ibrox for the City Ground in the summer.
Certainly he’d have to think about it with Forest struggling against relegation in the Championship at the moment and Rangers surely aiming to reel in Celtic next season.
Mark Warburton, though, will surely aim to make Forest a stronger side under his tenure and if he can sell that dream to Waghorn it could just happen.
