It’s time for Conte to buy these 3 Serie A stars for Chelsea in January

Chelsea have impressed us all here at the Transfer Tavern as they find themselves clear at the top of the table.

They look quite the force under Antonio Conte and it’s pretty impossible to find any fault in their side – they’ve been a revelation this season and they look back to their best.

In the summer the 2014/15 champions invested wisely in bringing David Luiz back to the club as well as adding Marcos Alonso to their side as well as Victor Moses looking like a new signing after returning from a loan spell with West Ham.

But Conte must still have one eye back on his native country Italy and some of the stand out stars of Serie A so far this season.

With the Blues having a big squad of which they may find themselves getting rid of one or two they must look to bring in a couple more top drawer players to help them reclaim their title.

With that, then, our landlord reckons it is time for Conte to buy these 3 Serie A stars for Chelsea in January…

Andrea Belotti

belotti

The Torino front man has been inspirational this season so far for his club so Chelsea would be silly to ignore the 22-year-old and the talent he has to offer.

Although Diego Costa has been unbelievable this season, he may not be in every game so Chelsea need to know they have another goalscorer to turn to and in Belotti they would certainly get that.

Radja Nainggolan

Chelsea signed N’golo Kante in the summer and that’s just gone to prove how a dynamic midfielder could help boost their title chances.

It wouldn’t be surprising to see them go for another box-to-box player, then, and we reckon the Belgian international would be perfect for the Blues. He never stops running, relishes a physical battle and has a hammer of a shot ensuring he’d be a Premier League success.

Marcelo Brozovic

Brozovic

Currently at Inter Milan, Brozovic is much better than the club has been in recent seasons and a move could suit both himself and Chelsea. Inter are really struggling this year and could be set for a fair few losses in January.

The Croatian international won’t come cheap – but with the expectant £60 million that Oscar is to fetch the club, it would seem a small investment for a quality player.
