There are plenty of Liverpool stars who could have a strong claim to be named Player of the Season.
Mohamed Salah, with 20 goals in all competitions for the Reds, has played a huge role, whilst Sadio Mane was named African Player of the Year in 2019 and has picked up plenty of praise as well. Virgil van Dijk, once again, has been a rock at the back, leading the Anfield outfit to the best defensive record in the Premier League.
£31.5m-valued Jordan Henderson – as per Transfermarkt – has also been tipped to take the personal accolade home. Whilst he may not be as glamorous as any of those mentioned above, his leadership skills have undoubtedly helped the Reds open up a 25-point lead at the top of the table.
