Arsenal supporters in the Transfer Tavern are reasonably optimistic ahead of the new season.
The fans have been boosted by the arrival of Alexandre Lacazette, while left-back Sead Kolasinac has already started gelling with his teammates having joined on a free from Schalke last month.
Gooners are now wondering whether another European superstar will join Lacazette by signing on the dotted line this summer.
Arsenal have had two bids rejected for Monaco winger Thomas Lemar and unfortunately for Arsene Wenger, it appears he is set to miss out on Lemar’s teammate Kylian Mbappe.
The boss will no doubt be regretting not doing more to recruit Mbappe to The Emirates last summer.
With pre-season now underway, Wenger is currently ironing out preparations for who he wants in his squad on the opening day.
Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez’s futures also remain in doubt, but those are not the TWO players Arsene Wenger may still be debating whether to keep or sell…
Hector Belllerin

Despite signing a new contract with the Gunners last season, Bellerin has reportedly been flirting with a move to Barcelona every since.
The right-back’s family are suggested to have emigrated back to their homeland, causing the 22 year-old to feel a bit homesick. For Arsenal fans, it’s a case of here we go again as they cast their minds back to the Cesc Fabregas saga. Would it be to just wash your hands of Bellerin before the situation becomes a mess?
What do you think Gooners fans? Keep or sell?
Per Mertesacker

The 6 ft 5″ BFG hadn’t kicked a ball all season before a remarkable FA Cup display that helped see the Gunners lift their third FA Cup in four seasons. After such an impressive performance and the announcement that he is set to take over the youth side, should the World Cup winner play more of a part of the first XI?
In Mertesacker’s case, it’s not a question of keep or sell, but more of a play or leave out?
What do you think Gooners?
