With Liverpool playing Champions League football next season, the Reds once again have a busy fixture schedule – and the Reds fans here in the Transfer Tavern cannot wait for European nights in the Tavern watching the side.
Jurgen Klopp has already recruited two signings this summer as Mohamed Salah departed Roma for Anfield, and Dominic Solanke switched from Chelsea to the Reds.
And with the season just over six weeks away, Liverpool fans can expect several more incomings before the opening day to help improve their side.
The Merseyside club are suggested to be targeting Arsenal’s Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and RB Leipzig’s centre-midfielder Naby Keita.
Nevertheless, there are players a lot closer to home who should be in Klopp’s plans.

Mamadou Sakho
After a bust up with Klopp last summer, Sakho failed to make a single Premier League appearance for Liverpool.
The France international spent the first six months of the season playing for the Reds’ Under-23’s, before spending the second half of the 2016/17 campaign on loan with Crystal Palace.
However, the defender was limited to just eight Premier League appearances after suffering a knee injury for Palace in April.
Whether he and Klopp can put an end to their differences remains to be seen, but the centre-back showed his class for the Reds in the previous campaign.
Daniel Sturridge
On his day, the Englishman is able to win any game of football.
Unfortunately for Sturridge, injuries have plagued his Liverpool career and restricted him to more days at the physio rather than on the football pitch.
The 27-year-old appeared 20 times for Liverpool last season, but was given just seven starts by Jurgen Klopp.
Liverpool are suggested to be open to selling the injury prone striker, but Klopp may just be rewarded in deciding to keep him.
It must not be forgotten that a fit Daniel Sturridge once netted 21 times in the league for Liverpool…
