Responding to footage on Twitter, plenty of Leeds United fans have been gushing over manager Marcelo Bielsa following a montage of his past antics – with one fan taking to social media and exclaiming ‘I couldn’t love him any more‘.
The Argentine, who took over at Elland Road during the summer of 2018, has since gone on to guide Leeds to near-promotion – narrowly missing out after losing their Championship play-off semi-final second leg at home to Derby County last season. However, Bielsa has refused to let that define his squad – helping to guide United to the second tier summit where they remain one point clear ahead of second-placed West Bromwich Albion.
The Whites have also won five out of their last five league games in all competitions, with the EFL’s current suspension hopefully not stifling momentum for when they do return. Now, with footage having emerged of Bielsa’s best past antics, plenty of supporters have been cheering for their manager.
