Chelsea fans in the Football Transfer Tavern are hoping they can keep hold of their star after the Daily Mail revealed that Juventus are scouting their Brazilian attacking midfielder, Oscar.
Scouts from Turin monitored the player in Brazil’s 3-1 over France at the Stade de France, where Oscar scored in the victory.
The Serie A giants are lining up a bid for the 23-year-old and they will make their decision by the time the transfer window opens.
Liverpool are also interested in the playmaker but it would be much harder for them to secure a deal as they are one of Chelsea’s main competitors in Premier League.
Chelsea would ask either Juve or the Reds to pay more than the £25m fee they initially paid for him.
Liverpool’s chances would depend on whether or not they make the Champions League as that would give them more spending money in the window.
