Loads of Liverpool fans are getting fed up of Fabinho, after the Brazil international produced another lacklustre display in the win over Bournemouth.
Jurgen Klopp’s Reds were forced to come from behind to put an end to their recent blip on Saturday, as a controversial Bournemouth opener from Callum Wilson put the visitors in front after just nine minutes. Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane turned the tide before half-time with equally clinical finishes, but that hasn’t stopped fans from criticising some aspects of the performance.
Indeed, the second-half display was disappointing after such an impressive response to Wilson’s goal, and there was always a nagging feeling that the Cherries could nick something on the break. That feeling was made worse by the fact that Fabinho had another poor game in the heart of midfield, winning just three of seven duels, winning no tackles and making just one interception (Sofascore).
