Liverpool: Fans fume over rumoured departure list and don’t want to see Divock Origi leave

Liverpool fans aren’t happy with some of the names on this rumoured summer departure list.

The Reds are set to win their first ever Premier League title and are boasting arguably one of the best sides the club has ever seen.

Mohamed Salah is chasing another Golden Boot award and currently sits third in the top goal scorers this season. On 16 goals, the Egyptian is behind only Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang on 17 and the leading goalscorer Jamie Vardy with 19 (via BBC Sport).

Liverpool missed out on signing heavily linked transfer target Timo Werner and have now reportedly got a hefty list of potential outgoings this summer. According to Diario AS (relayed via @LFCTransferRoom), Divock Origi is included on the transfer list, along with the likes of Dejan Lovren and Xherdan Shaqiri.

However, fans aren’t happy to see the Belgian striker’s name associated with a move away from Anfield. One supporter has tweeted ‘don’t touch Origi’ whilst others are gutted at the idea of him leaving.

After his spectacular performances in last season’s Champions League, including a goal in the final against Spurs, it’s understandable why fans want to see the forward stay.
