Loads of Liverpool fans have gone crazy for a conveniently timed tweet from Rebeca Tavares, wife of Fabinho, who tweeted a not-so-subtle dig at Manchester City.

The Reds are now 14 points clear of Pep Guardiola’s side after Saturday’s action, as age-old foes Manchester United did Jurgen Klopp a favour and took three points from their clash at the Etihad.
The Red Devils won 2-1 in the blue half of Manchester just a few hours after Liverpool cruised to a 3-0 win at Bournemouth, and Fabinho’s partner was on hand to revel in the 14-point gap.

Tavares posted the tweet seconds after the final whistle at the Etihad, and fans certainly aren’t seeing it as a coincidence, going wild for the apparent dig at their main title rivals.
The Reds will welcome a struggling Watford side to Anfield in the early kick-off next Saturday, meaning they will have the chance to go a whopping 17 points clear of Manchester City.
