Liverpool: Fans heap praise on Jordan Henderson and Georginio Wijnaldum

Liverpool fans have praised the impact that midfielders Jordan Henderson and Georginio Wijnaldum during the current campaign.

The two middlemen have been recognised for their work rate and their ball-winning technical skills in an unspectacular fashion. Manager Jurgen Klopp has described the Dutchman as “perfect“, and the England international as “outstanding” as both have become regular starters in the German tactician’s side.

Henderson has scored just once in 21 Premier League appearances this season, while Wijnaldum has scored one more with the same amount of outings. Henderson was even labelled the “best midfielder in the world” by Flamengo coach Jorge Jesus following Liverpool’s triumph in the Club World Cup against the Brazilian outfit.
