Two words from former Liverpool man Lucas Leiva have been enough to send some Reds fans wild, as the Lazio man celebrated the Club World Cup triumph with an homage to Roberto Firmino.
Jurgen Klopp’s side continued their trophy rampage on Saturday night with victory over Flamengo in the Club World Cup final.
The Reds have become the first English side to win the Champions League, Super Cup and Club World Cup in one swoop, and also taken their total major trophy haul to 47, two ahead of Manchester United.
The extra-time winner on Saturday came from a familiar source too, as Firmino followed up his semi-final winner with a well-taken goal just nine minutes into the extra 30.
Lucas, who was a popular figure on Merseyside due to his tough tackling and relationship with the Anfield faithful, celebrated by tweeting the lyrics to the mercurial number nine’s song.
