The Liverpool fans on Twitter have been in meltdown over the last couple of days as it seems they will be signing Alisson Becker from Roma. The club has had serious goalkeeping issues but they look to be solved if the Brazilian comes in. Meanwhile, some fans have been seriously worrying that they may not be signing Nabil Fekir this summer too.
The idea that Fekir won’t be pursued is tosh, I think. We need a playmaker. He’s the one Klopp wants. We’ll go for him again. I have no doubt.

This summer has been one of the best for Liverpool fans in recent memory. The club has gone from a top-four chasing side to one that looks competent enough to win the Premier League and that’s in no small part down to the sharp business from Jurgen Klopp. The German tactician has brought in Fabinho, Naby Keita and Xherdan Shaqiri and if he can add Alisso and Fekir then the Reds would have to be title favourites.
Despite this, some fans are having a panic that Fekir won’t be coming. It looks like Klopp will have to fork out a fee of around £66 million for Alisson and many are wondering if their club will enough cash left to complete the Fekir deal, which would also cost upwards of £50 million. The Frenchman would be an amazing addition to Anfield and looks like he could be the missing piece of the jigsaw for the Kopites, however, it remains to be seen whether he signs or not in the coming weeks.

Yeah especially considering Ox is out for the season we are rather light on the left side. Lallana is just getting back to fitness and need that extra cover.

FSG should please get Fekir to complete the circle. We need such a versatile player that we have been lacking for some time.

I think they make that statement so the supporters not to have over-expectations and also shaking Lyon's walls at the same time. Not harmful, we need to stay calm.

As you can see, there’s a bit of unrest surrounding Fekir, but if the deal goes through Liverpool will be a force of nature.
