For some of Jurgen Klopp’s summer signings, it’s taken a while to really show what they’re all about. Naby Keita and Fabinho have both endured slow starts to life at Anfield, whilst Xherdan Shaqiri and Alisson Becker have hit the ground running, but last night’s Turf Moor display was the one that’s likely kick-started Keita’s time as a Red.
A fantastic turnaround at Turf Moor…
Who was your @carlsberg Man of the Match?

The former RB Leipzig man’s display against Sean Dyche’s Burnley was up there as one of the finest individual performances of a player in a Liverpool shirt this season. The Guinean shone from the first minute to the last and he was extremely unlucky not to have bagged his first goal for the club when Joe Hart pulled off an equally impressive save to keep the midfielder’s goal-bound thunderbolt out of the net.
If last night was the just start the Reds will be dying to see more of their new summer signing. So far, the 23-year-old has struggled somewhat as a number of niggling injury issues have prevented him from showing his full capabilities to the waiting Liverpool supporters. Now, though, after 14 games as a Kopite, it looks like he’s finding his feet and the fans can’t wait to see just what he can do in the coming weeks, especially with Napoli and Manchester United on the horizon next week.

Alisson was fantastic but Keita was phenomenal. He really showed what he can do tonight. Gini has some serious competition.

The Kopites were simply in awe of Keita and will want nothing but the same from him against Napoli and Manchester United.
