Loads of Liverpool fans have been reacting to some contract news, as reports claim Pedro Chirivella could be in line to sign a new deal at the club after his performance in the FA Cup against Everton.
According to Sky Sports, the Reds are ‘keen’ to reward the 22 year-old for his progress this campaign.
The Spanish midfielder has made four appearances for the first team this term and proved to be quite a trusty deputy for Jurgen Klopp to throw in with the kids for domestic cup matches.
He will be out of contract this summer, and although the report claims Liverpool are aware he is keen to secure more first-team football, they are considering extending his stay.
