Ex-Liverpool midfielder Georginio Wijnaldum has lavished praise on his former boss Jurgen Klopp, in a birthday message to the German coach on Twitter.
The Netherlands international completed a switch to Paris St-Germain from Merseyside last week on a contract until 2024, following the expiration of his Liverpool deal [Sky Sports].
Wijnaldum was a key player for the Reds in his time at Anfield, registering 22 goals and 16 assists in 237 games across five years in the North West [Transfermarkt].

As you can imagine, loads of Liverpool diehards also flocked to Twitter to share their input after the midfielder’s post, pouring their hearts out to the Dutchman after his message.
