Liverpool: Fans stunned by transfer-linked Jadon Sancho’s red-hot form

Plenty of Liverpool fans have been left stunned by the form of Jadon Sancho, as his red-hot goalscoring run continued this week.

The Anfield faithful have had plenty of their own football to digest this week, with Harvey Elliott shining for the young side that lost to Aston Villa before Jurgen Klopp’s first-team took on Monterrey in the Club World Cup.

Sancho has caught plenty of supporters’ eyes too though, as the Reds transfer target recorded his fourth consecutive match with at least two direct goal contributions on Tuesday night.

Borussia Dortmund drew 3-3 with Bundesliga leaders Red Bull Leipzig, and Sancho grabbed a goal and assist.

Per Whoscored, he now has a ridiculous eight goals and six assists in his last eight appearances for club and country, and is the only player in Europe’s top five leagues with at least ten goals and ten assists this season.

The £108m-rated (Transfermarkt) wonderkid has been strongly linked with a move to Anfield, per The Athletic, and loads of fans have been stunned by his recent form.
