A number of Liverpool supporters are excited after reliable journalist James Pearce claimed the Reds are interested in signing Fulham youngster Fabio Carvalho.
Jurgen Klopp hasn't done a lot of transfer business in recent years, often making do with the squad already at his disposal.
Ibrahima Konate was the only signing to come in last summer and it looks as though Liverpool will not make any reinforcements in the January transfer window.

According to The Athletic's Pearce on Twitter, however, the Reds are keeping a 'close eye' on developments regarding Carvalho, whose current Fulham contract expires this summer.
The 19-year-old has scored seven goals in 13 Championship starts this season, helping them top of the table and look likely to secure a return to the Premier League.
