Liverpool: Fans gush over possibility of signing Renato Sanches
Many Liverpool fans were thrilled with the idea of Lille midfielder Renato Sanches moving to Anfield.
Canal Plus (via GFFN) reported that the Ligue 1 outfit’s financial situation was looking bleak and may be forced to sell some of their most prized assets to balance the books.
French outlet Le10Sport previously revealed that Liverpool were one of the teams in the running for the Portuguese middle man, who has scored just once from seven league starts this season (Whoscored).
Sanches is remembered for his short loan stint at Swansea City back in 2017 but failed to find the net from 15 appearances before returning to parent club Bayern Munich (TransferMarkt).
