Liverpool's Divock Origi features on a list of potential attacking signings for FC Barcelona, according to Spanish publication SPORT.

Having failed to score in four of their last six matches in all competitions, Barcelona want to strengthen their forward ranks.

The departure of the likes of Junior Firpo, Jean-Clair Todibo, Antoine Griezmann and Lionel Messi has apparently given them 'a certain margin to make an investment'.

Why Origi?

They have between £12million and £21million to spend and will focus on their efforts on players whose contracts are up at the end of the season.

That includes Origi, though his deal does contain an extension option.

Barcelona know that Origi is an 'eternal substitute' at Anfield and are well aware of his abilities after he scored twice in Liverpool's Champions League semifinal comeback in 2019.

Also under consideration are Manchester United's Edinson Cavani, Napoli's Lorenzo Insigne and Torino's Andrea Belotti.
