Liverpool: Fans want to see Daniel Sturridge return to Anfield

Many Liverpool fans have been pleading for former Kop favourite Daniel Sturridge to return to Anfield.
The 30-year-old had his contract with Turkish club Trabzonspor terminated by mutual consent following his ban from all football-related activities relating to betting offences, for which he was also fined £150,000 (via The Irish Times).
Since March, the former England international has been a free agent and in a recent interview, Sturridge told The Beautiful Game Podcast that Liverpool was the perfect place for him.
He added that his sister dreamt that he would be playing his football in Merseyside, to which he initially described as “foolishness.”
Should Liverpool sign Daniel Sturridge?
Yes

No

With these comments in mind, these supporters took to Twitter to say that would be delighted to see Sturridge in return, with some feeling that he could do a job ahead of the unpopular Divock Origi.
