Liverpool will be desperate to enjoy a rich vein of form in Europe and domestically after the international break, with the opportunity to secure a place at the top of the tree by Christmas.
The Reds still remain unbeaten in the Premier League but need to seek improvements in the Champions League as they were beaten 2-0 by Red Star Belgrade last time out. However, it appears as if Jurgen Klopp is looking at potential additions, as according to The Mirror, Liverpool are prepared to sell Fabinho to help sign Christian Pulisic.
Jurgen Klopp is determined to win a £70 million battle with Chelsea for USA sensation Christian Pulisic.
Indeed, the Liverpool boss has been aware of the 20-year-old’s potential ever since the attacking midfielder joined his former club Borussia Dortmund almost four years ago.
With Pulisic’s contract running down in 2020 and, with talks of a new one having hit an impasse, it appears that Dortmund will reluctantly be forced to cash in on one of the brightest young stars of the Bundesliga.
Fabinho has been linked with a move away having struggled to impress since making the move to Anfield, so Liverpool could look to cash in on him in the near future.
THE VERDICT:

Fabinho hasn’t been able to showcase his talents at Liverpool just yet as he continues to disappoint Jurgen Klopp, so it comes as no surprise that the German is looking to raise funds by selling him.
Christian Pulisic has established himself as one of the hottest prospects in world football in recent years, with a move to the Premier League being just rewards for his efforts.
Liverpool are still yet to really replace Philippe Coutinho, who joined Spanish giants Barcelona back in January. But, securing the services of Pulisic would certainly go a long way to filling the void.
