A number of Liverpool fans have been reacting to a rumour linking Kalidou Koulibaly with the Reds, with many of them not wanting the defender to move to Anfield.

For starters, Liverpool have been without Virgil van Dijk, Joe Gomez and Joel Matip for the majority of the season, acting as an enormous blow.

Midfield pair Fabinho and Jordan Henderson have been forced to play at centre-back at times, while unproven duo Nathaniel Phillips and Rhys Williams are now the current partnership.
Incredibly, even the two January signings, Ozan Kabak and Ben Davies, are now injured too, in a scarcely believable situation.
Klopp will surely be eyeing up a new defensive signing in the summer transfer window, as he looks to tackle an unprecedented situation.
Koulibaly’s agent, Vincenzo Morabito, has told Calciomercato [via the Daily Star] that Liverpool want his client, with the Napoli hero potentially moving on at the end of the season.
