Swansea fans in the Transfer Tavern are feeling positive about the impact new boss, Paul Clement has had on their club in his short time in charge so far.
Under Bob Bradley, the Swans were destined for relegation but Clement has given the club a new lease of life and things are looking much brighter around the Liberty Stadium.
Swansea have recently found themselves outside the relegation zone and with clubs around and above them dropping regular points, they may well achieve survival – something our landlord thought would be impossible a couple months ago.
Though Clement has already dipped into the market with the signings of Martin Olsson and Tom Carroll from Norwich and Spurs respectively, our resident Swans fans in the Transfer Tavern expect more signings to be made this month.
Having said this, the main target of the January transfer window will be to keep Fernando Llorente at the club and his goals will surely be vital in ensuring that Swansea are playing top flight football next year and in addition to Llorente, here are TWO men that our landlord believes the Swans should sign to save their season…
Jordan Ayew

After losing Andre Ayew to West Ham in the summer, could the Swans be in for brother Jordan in a deal which may see Mamou Barrow move in the opposite direction to Aston Villa.
With Wayne Routledge still a target for Birmingham City and Nathan Dyer having little effect for the Swans this season, Ayew could be the perfect creative force to partner with Gylfi Sigurdsson in order to feed Fernando Llorente in a bid to fire the Welsh club to Premier League survival.
John Terry

Though Terry has reportedly turned down a move to South Wales, it is vital that Clement pushes through a move for the veteran Chelsea defender.
Since Ashley Williams moved to Everton in the summer, the Swans have lacked a defensive leader and Terry would be an ideal stop gap in order to maintain solidarity at the back.
If Clement can sign Terry, our landlord predicts the Swans will have a great chance of staying up.
