Manchester United, Chelsea, and Liverpool are all keen on Bournemouth and USMNT midfielder Tyler Adams. The 27-year-old impressed for Bournemouth with his form early in the season before a medial cruciate ligament injury sidelined him for much of the campaign.
He made his return during Bournemouth’s recent 0-0 draw with West Ham last week, and has continued his fine form in the three Premier League appearances he’s made since then. The Daily Mail has reported that three Premier League giants are now monitoring the player’s situation.
Adams joined Bournemouth from Leeds in 2023 and has gone on to make 44 Premier League appearances for the club. He has two career goals for the club, both coming this season as the defensive midfielder has started to add more box-to-box involvement.
An offer worth around £40m is could reportedly be enough to land the player, however any deal isn’t expected to take place until after the summer’s World Cup.
United, Chelsea, and Liverpool are vying for a Champions League place which could sway the player’s decision.
Premier League trio chasing Adams

Adams is expected to play a key role in Mauricio Pochettino’s USA side this summer. The host nation will hope to improve on their Round of 16 finish from 2022.
Manchester United are known to be planning a midfield rebuild this summer and are targeting Premier League experience. Brighton’s Carlos Baleba, Crystal Palace’s Adam Wharton, and Nottingham Forest’s Elliot Anderson are all known targets, alongside Newcastle duo Bruno Guimaraes and Sandro Tonali.
The long term futures of several United midfielders remain in doubt with the Manuel Ugarte and Mason Mount linked with summer moves away. Casemiro has already announced his decision to leave the club in the summer when his contract expires.
Liverpool are known to be on the market for midfield reinforcements as well this summer, with Curtis Jones and Alexis Mac Allister linked with moves away from the club. On loan midfielder Harvey Elliot is another first team player expected to leave Anfield this summer. The Aston Villa loanee has fallen down the pecking order under both Arne Slot and Villa manager Unai Emery.
Chelsea are known to be in search of cover for preferred duo Moses Caicedo and Enzo Fernandez. As it stands only the young Andrey Santos serves as consistent backup in that area as Romeo Lavia continues to struggle with injuries.
