As per Antena2, Saint-Etienne are interested in signing Rangers’ Alfredo Morelos.

Morelos has been a target for a whole host of clubs, including the likes of Crystal Palace, Aston Villa and Newcastle in the Premier League, whilst Atletico Madrid and Borussia Dortmund have also been mentioned.
Now, Les Verts are also said to be interested, with him being targetted to help them catch up with PSG, France’s number one club at the moment.

There is little chance of the Ibrox outfit keeping hold of Morelos for much longer. The Colombia international has been in stunning form this campaign, managing 29 goals already, and he is just 23 years of age.
Ross Wilson will be looking to get as much as he can for him. A fee of £35m was originally mentioned, although that has dropped dramatically to around €15m (£13.1m). Still, for a Scottish club, that is a considerable fee – even that relatively low sum would make him the most expensive sale in the club’s history.
The problem is, Saint-Etienne are unlikely to be able to pay that amount of cash. Their record signing is Lois Diony, who arrived from Dijon in 2017 for £9m. After that it is Robert Beric, who came in for £6.75m. Signing Morelos for that price would be difficult for them, you would think, and Rangers would have to lower their demands for him to go there.
There are plenty of sides interested in his services. Rangers should look to send him to any one of those before Saint-Etienne in order to get the best deal for themselves.
Rangers fans, what are your thoughts on Morelos? Should you keep hold of him or sell?
