  1. OMG that is bitter and small minded.
    And what a disgraceful ending.
I would argue that you are the true scum. Not him.

  2. Everyone knows United are the most hated team in the world cause of their jump on the bandwagon bragging supporters and also their arrogant ugly manager.

    1. Everyone knows franchise are the most hated team in the world cause of their jump on the bandwagon bragging supporters and also their arrogant ugly UTTERLY DELUDED chairman.

  3. This article is shocking. Show your hatred for the chairman but generalising that hatred into a feeling of disgust towards the fans and players of mk dons is horrendous!

    1. Steve Moore is a bad man. He steals sweets from small children and when people ask him for directions in the street, he deliberately sends them in the wrong way.

      1. I agree he is a horrible man but does that make the players and fans of the club so horrible and hated too? I dont think so

    2. Perhaps all the franchise casual customers should have thought a bit more about what they were choosing to support then?

But I expect all they care about is their own selfish vested interest in enjoying their cheap local football entertainment.

  4. I never said that the players are horrible for playing for that franchise, they have to earn their living somewhere. Anybody over the age of 10 that claims to ‘Support’ that abomination is killing to true history and legacy of this game! They are not worthy to claim an interest in football and I feel sorry for any of their kids that end up stuck into following the abomination off ….no I really can’t say it.

  5. Everytime I look on here, there is another poorly written, poorly thought out, pointless ‘article’ written by Steve Moore. This is one of the biggest pile of drivel I have ever read. Steve, are you still trying to be a sports journalist? Because if you think this sort of nonsense is a good advert for your skills as a writer and considered journalist then you could not be more wrong.

  6. Of all the clubs in the country, the Franchise is the only one which does not deserve to exist. This is why they are the most hated club in the country.

There are several clubs I heartily dislike but I do not wish them to disappear and I do not despise their fans. The Franchise on the other hand is not a true football club, it is a supermarket business with football add-on. It does not have fans, it has customers.

It will never live down its dubious provenance; it can never be proud to be a League club when it did not earn its place there. It is in short an abomination and should have been strangled at birth.

  7. Franchise FC are a stain on the English game. For the FA to try and add credibility to the move by staging U21 matches there and then including it as a potential host city is DISGUSTING. Do they not care for the traditions in this country where teams earn their place on merit? It’s a good thing England lost in the sense the FA cant legitimise the frankenstain club any further. The FA would have got a lot more support from football fans if they had any kind of connection with how football fans feel about it.

Pete Winkelman keeps trying to garner support for the frannies by saying look how well AFC Wimbledon are doing. In all honesty is only shows what an utter crock of shit the decision was in the first place.

  8. No justification that anyone can offer for supporting any football club can possibly apply in the case of “MK Dons”.Their existence is indefensible and supporting them is complicity.
