With the Rangers fans here in the Transfer Tavern back in a good mood following back to back wins over Aberdeen, the punters propping up our bar are feeling an awful lot better about the nature of life right now.
Though the club’s hunt for a new boss drags on, our local Light Blues aren’t as down in the dumps as previous weeks, allowing them to focus on other things. With that in mind, many of our resident Gers have been eager to refute claims online.
The Scottish Sun recently tweeted out a story claiming Ryan Jack had equalled Sergio Ramos’ record for the most red cards in a single season, with the midfielder handed his FOURTH dismissal against the Dons over the course of the weekend.
Ryan Jack equals European record for most sending offs in a single season https://t.co/wdFg357LBk

However, what they failed to mention was the fact Jack has seen two of those red cards rescinded, with Gers online actively refuting the claims, venting their frustration.
With that in mind, here’s a closer look at the reaction.
What pish. Stands at one at the moment.

Obviously rescinded cards don’t count, so non-story. #fakenews
