Norwich City fans were giving their thoughts on who should be the September player of the month, with one player sticking out among the rest.

Indeed, these members of the Carrow Road faithful gave their vote to 21-year-old centre-half Ben Godfrey, who has yet to miss a Premier League game so far this season (via Transfermarkt).
The England under-21 international also captained the side in their 2-0 defeat away to Crystal Palace last weekend.
Godfrey has enjoyed a fine campaign for the Norfolk side, making the most blocks, the second-most interceptions and the fourth-most clearances of any player in Daniel Farke’s side (via WhoScored).
The German coach has been heaping praise on the centre-back, claiming he has all the ingredients to become a ‘world-class’ defender (via Eastern Daily Press).
