Norwich City fans showed their support for Ben Godfrey after their side’s 2-0 loss away to Crystal Palace in the Premier League on Saturday.
The loss to the south London side was the club’s second consecutive 2-0 loss in the Premier League, having lost to Burnley 2-0 the week before.
The Canaries have won just two of their seven Premier League games this season, leaving them languishing just outside the relegation zone (via Premier League).
However, centre-back Godfrey came out fighting with a three-word message on Twitter, reading: “We’ll be back” (via Twitter).
Daniel Farke sent out a warning message to his players, telling them they needed to learn from the ‘harsh’ lesson they were taught on Saturday (via BBC).
Despite the consecutive defeats, the fans of the club were in defiant mood with messages of support for their 21-year-old centre-back as they took to Twitter to react.
