Surman also covered the most ground for the Canaries with 6.62 miles, the seventh time in the last nine games that he has topped the distance charts for Norwich
After eight goals in the Barclays Premier League Steve Morison is now the 5th ranked striker in the EA SPORTS Player Performance Index. Morison has hit 62% of his shots on target this season
Surman’s goal was his second of the season from 16 efforts at goal, and has also completed 204 passes in his opponent’s half. That’s one every 4 minutes 27 seconds
Chelsea also secured a vital victory in their last Barclays Premier League game with a 1-0 victory over Sunderland
Raul Meireles covered the most ground for Chelsea in that game with 6.09 miles ad Chelsea outran their opponents by 62.65 miles to 58.01 miles
Frank Lampard scored the winner in that game with his 9th league goal of the season, though he owed a lot to Torres’ superb volley which hit the bar to set him up
Lampard’s goals have come from 35 efforts at goal with an impressive 77% on target
Meanwhile Torres has just two Barclays Premier League goals to his name this season from 31 efforts with 52% on target
Gary Cahill may make his debut for Chelsea against Norwich. Cahill has won 78% of all tackles attempted this season, as well as making 29 clearances, 134 interceptions (the highest in the EA SPORTS Player Performance Index), and 15 blocks.
