Rangers haven’t even officially appointed him as their new manager yet, but incoming boss Pedro Caixihna has already earned himself some Gers enemies here in the Transfer Tavern.
Needless to say, the rivalry between Rangers and Celtic is about as intense as it gets, intertwined with politics, religion, history, geography and of course the eternal battle to be the dominant force in Scottish football.
So the last thing you’d want to do when you’re seemingly set to take the Ibrox hot seat is be caught praising Celtic – or, even worse, describing the Bhoys as your ‘brothers’.

As The Daily Record explain, the below clip is from the Portuguese’s two-year stint at Santos Laguna, who are one of the Hoops’ affiliate clubs, which ended in 2015. After describing the Bhoys as his brothers, Caixihna urges them to ‘keep going’ in search of another Scottish Premier League title.
