Pav’s Agent Angry At Levy’s Prohibitive Pricing Policy

Roman  Pavlyuchenko’s agent has hit out at Tottenham Hotspur as he is finding it difficult to move his man, because of money.

Oleg Artemov won’t be the first agent to have run into the brick wall that is Tottenham Hotspur’s wholehearted unwillingness to let players leave on the cheap. But to knock Daniel Levy and accuse him of being greedy would be an uninformed thing to do.

Emmanual Adebayor is only on loan to Spurs from Manchester City. Jermain Defoe appears to be showing some signs of improvement, so that essentially only leaves van de Vaart as a striking option and he is far happier playing off the shoulder of another frontman. Tottenham’s options are severely limited.

Tottenham face Manchester City on Sunday and it is highly likely that Pavlyuchenko will feature.

“Rubin Kazan are a great team and Kurban Bekievich Berdiev is a great coach. Signing to Rubin wouldn’t be a bad choice for Pavlyuchenko.

I’ve talked to Berdiev recently but there’re no concrete things yet. But it can be that Roman will continue his career at Rubin.”

“Of course I’m Roman’s great admirer. He’s a great international footballer and he can make any team better,”

“But I can’t say anything about the supposed interest of our team. First I don’t know the answer, second I’m not the right person to discuss the transfer news.”

Well now, when it comes to football, one man has for many years been the most noticeable, the most controversial, and occasionally the most successful blogger this country has ever produced. His pithy words and abrasive style make him as famous off the pitch as he is on it. This man is Escapini. "I love football. Football she's a cruel mistress. She's, she's more than a mistress. She's a wife, she's a mother, she's a daughter, she's an errant child. She's a… she's a… she can make you laugh, she make you cry. She can bring tears me eyes. She can bring blood to me shoulders. She can bring a kettle to the boil." "Cause football is about nothing, unless it's about something and what it is about, is football."
